# Terms of service Last updated 31 August 2026. By creating an account or using Luuphub you agree to these terms. ## The service Luuphub provides a feedback widget, hosted feedback portals (boards, roadmap, changelog), AI-assisted triage, and a team dashboard. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes mid-billing-period. ## Your account Sign-in is via Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to install the widget on the sites you connect. You must not use the service to collect data you have no right to collect, to harass, or to distribute unlawful content. ## Your data Feedback submitted to your sites belongs to you. You can export all of it at any time, and deleting your account permanently erases it after a 30-day grace window. How we handle personal data is covered by the [privacy policy](https://luuphub.com/privacy) and [Data processing & GDPR](https://luuphub.com/data-processing). Your data is never used to train AI models. ## Plans and billing Paid plans are billed through Polar, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the period ends. Per the [pricing pledge](https://luuphub.com/pricing#pledge), we never bill by tracked users, MAU, or page views. If you exceed a plan limit, the product tells you and nothing is silently charged. ## Acceptable use No abuse of the platform: no attempts to access other tenants’ data, no scraping of portals beyond their public content, no spam submissions, and no use of the API or MCP server beyond documented rate limits. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other customers, with notice where practical. ## Warranty and liability The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. ## Termination You can delete your account at any time from **Settings → Privacy & data**; a final export is produced first and public pages go offline immediately. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. ## Governing law and changes These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
